Do Collision Assistant's services cost anything?
No. Collision Assistant's property damage claim management and body shop recommendation are free for drivers, including towing coordination and repair updates. The repair itself is between you, the shop and any insurer paying for it, and when a claim is approved, the insurer usually covers the repair cost minus any deductible that applies under your policy.
Can I use both services at the same time?
Yes. Many drivers start with a body shop recommendation and then ask Collision Assistant to manage the property damage claim once the estimate is written. Both services share one case file, so the shop placement, the estimate, any supplements and the rental records stay together from the first call to the day you pick up your car.
Which areas of California do you serve?
Collision Assistant works on collisions anywhere in California, with a repair network covering Northern California, the Bay Area, the Central Valley, the Central Coast, Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire, Orange County and San Diego. Our office is in Long Beach. We do not handle collisions outside California because our network and process are built around California rules.
